What You’ll Do
Client & Lead Support
• Respond promptly to leads provided by the team
• Build relationships with prospective clients and turn leads into long-term connections
• Conduct consultations to understand clients’ needs, goals, and requirements
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Educate clients throughout the process and answer questions
• Research information and analyze market conditions
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Coordinate important milestones and ensure smooth progress toward completion
• Maintain accurate notes and client information in our system
• Consistently follow up with leads and nurture relationships
• Represent the team with professionalism and provide an exceptional experience
Social Media & Content Creation
• Manage and maintain the team’s social media presence
• Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
• Develop a consistent social media content calendar
• Create posts, reels, stories, videos, and behind-the-scenes content
• Capture photos and videos at events and activities
• Create short-form video content and reels
• Stay current with social media trends and engagement strategies
• Write captions and develop creative content ideas that reflect our brand
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
• Track social media performance and identify what content resonates
• Help promote brand stories, community events, and business growth
• Work closely with the team to develop new ideas for growing our online audience

• Comfortable appearing on camera or willing to become comfortable on camera
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, and other content-creation tools
• Able to work independently while also collaborating closely with the team
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Motivated by goals and the opportunity to increase income
• Professional, dependable, and committed to excellent customer service
• Able to manage multiple clients and priorities without losing attention to detail
• Previous relevant experience is preferred but not required for the right person
