What you will be doing: Your responsibilities will involve responding to incoming messages from website visitors and social media platforms on behalf of businesses. You’ll handle inquiries from customers, share relevant product links, and communicate available promotional offers.
Contract length: Flexible, with no set end date
Rate: $25 – $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: You’ll need access to a computer, mobile device, or tablet capable of using social media and website messaging systems. Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously are essential. Strong attention to detail when following guidelines and protocols. Minimum 5+ weekly hours available. A stable internet connection is required.
