What you will be doing: In this remote position, you’ll handle incoming chat inquiries from customers on business websites and social media channels. Your responsibilities will encompass responding to customer queries promptly, sharing relevant product information and purchase links, and communicating available promotional offers.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing arrangement
Rate: $25 – $35 hourly.
Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for managing chat platforms and social media. Capacity to work autonomously without constant supervision. Strong attention to detail when following detailed procedures and guidelines. Minimum 15+ weekly hours available. Stable, dependable internet access required.
Hours per week: 15 – 20 hours weekly
Location: Work from anywhere online (based in the United States preferred).
