In this role as a Chat Support Specialist, you’ll engage directly with customers through website chat, addressing their product-related questions and concerns. You’ll have access to a resource library containing frequently asked questions and answers to help deliver outstanding support.
What you will be doing: Your position involves providing live chat customer assistance. Simply log into the company portal at the beginning of your chosen shift time, respond to incoming customer messages, and log out when finished—compensation is distributed on a daily basis.
Contract length: Flexible, open-ended arrangement
Rate: $25 – $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: Must own a device capable of accessing web chat and social platforms (Computer/Smartphone/Tablet). Self-directed work style. Ability to adhere to guidelines with precision. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Stable high-speed internet access.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours weekly
Location: Work from anywhere with internet connection (candidates from the United States are preferred).
