What you will be doing: You’ll complete a brief orientation to familiarize yourself with the role and our business model. Your primary responsibility will involve accessing the company’s chat platform and answering visitor inquiries throughout your shift. Questions will range from customer service issues to product sales opportunities. Comprehensive reference materials will be provided for frequently asked questions, and our supportive team is always available to assist you.
Contract length: Ongoing, with no set expiration
Rate: $27 daily compensation
Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of connecting to messaging platforms and web chat systems. Capability to manage responsibilities without close supervision. Strong attention to detail when following guidelines and protocols. Daily availability of 8 hours. Fast and consistent internet access.
Hours per week: 15 hours weekly.
