What you will be doing: In this chat support role, you’ll earn money by responding to customer messages across a company’s online chat channels and social platforms. Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, sharing relevant product information, and communicating promotional offers.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing basis
Rate: $30 – $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: Access to a compatible device for using website chat interfaces and social platforms (Computer/Smartphone/Tablet). Ability to manage tasks autonomously.
