We’re looking for friendly and enthusiastic Live Chat Agents to become part of our Sales Team. In this Live Chat Agent position, you’ll connect with customers via a web-based chat platform to support them with their wheel and tire questions. You’ll spend your time responding to customer messages, sharing details about our products, and helping arrange service bookings.
This role is entirely remote, meaning you won’t need any in-person interactions. Working from anywhere with an internet connection, you’ll use platforms like Facebook Messenger to handle incoming chat requests from our website and social channels. No prior experience needed—we’ll give you comprehensive training to help you succeed.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet is necessary, along with stable internet access. You should also demonstrate fundamental English writing competency.
Skills/background needed: These entry-level live chat positions are designed for newcomers, so comprehensive training is included, and prior paid live chat experience isn’t required.
Location: Work from home globally (with preference for United States-based applicants).
