This position requires no in-person interaction whatsoever. Your entire day will be spent communicating through text-based channels like Facebook Messenger and similar platforms. You’ll be supporting various companies by handling their incoming live chat inquiries on their websites and social platforms. Since these are fully remote opportunities, you’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere with an internet connection.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve responding to real-time chat inquiries from customers on company websites and social media. This encompasses addressing customer inquiries, sharing relevant product links, and communicating available promotions and special offers.
Rate: $25 hourly
Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with dependable high-speed internet access. Basic competency in written English communication is also required.
Skills/background needed: These entry-level live chat positions come with complete onboarding and support, so prior experience in this field is not a prerequisite.
