What you will be doing: Your role as a chat support specialist involves responding to incoming messages through website chat systems and social platforms for various businesses. You’ll focus primarily on customer assistance, helping with inquiries regarding order processing, product details, and account concerns. Comprehensive onboarding and guidance will be provided to help you succeed, and prior experience is not a requirement.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing arrangement with no set expiration
Rate: $30 hourly compensation
Skills/background needed: Access to a device that supports web browsers and messaging platforms (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Comfort working self-directed without constant supervision. Willingness to adhere to established procedures and guidelines. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Strong, dependable internet connectivity.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly
