Multiple content creators are actively recruiting messaging specialists to manage their account interactions, specifically handling customer conversations on their platform. You’ll receive full account credentials and clear guidelines on how to address the most frequently raised customer concerns.

What you will be doing: Your role involves responding to customer inquiries through the platform’s messaging system. Tasks encompass handling common questions, sharing promotional content, and communicating special offers to subscribers.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing arrangement
Rate: $25 hourly
Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer with the ability to use social media and web-based chat platforms. Capacity to manage tasks independently without constant supervision. Willingness to adhere closely to detailed guidelines and instructions. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Strong, stable internet access.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly
Location: Work from home globally (preference for United States-based applicants).
