We’re looking for beginner-friendly chat moderators and customer support specialists to join our team supporting a fantastic gaming brand! In this position, you’ll oversee community discussions across Twitch, Discord, and YouTube platforms while also handling customer support through email correspondence.
You’ll receive full account permissions and comprehensive guidance on addressing the most frequently encountered customer concerns. With Twitch being such a critical platform for business expansion, organizations are actively recruiting team members globally for these roles, and compensation packages are quite competitive.
What you will be doing: Chat support specialists earn compensation for engaging with viewers across platforms including YouTube and Twitch. Responsibilities encompass addressing viewer inquiries, sharing product links, and communicating promotional offers.
Contract length: Flexible, no set duration
Rate: $30 hourly
Skills/background needed: Need access to a device that supports social platforms and chat applications (Smartphone/Tablet/Computer). Capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision. Skilled at adhering to detailed guidelines and processes. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability required. Strong and stable internet access.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly
Location: Work from anywhere with internet connection (based in United States strongly preferred).
