In this position as a live chat specialist, you’ll be instrumental in growing our business by handling both incoming and outgoing inquiries through Facebook messaging and coordinating appointment bookings into our system.
This opportunity requires no in-person interaction whatsoever. Communication happens entirely through online channels like Facebook Messenger. You’ll provide support to various companies by managing their live chat communications on websites or social platforms. These are fully remote positions, allowing you to work from any location with an internet connection.
As a live chat assistant, your compensation comes from responding to customer messages on business websites and social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, sharing relevant product information, and communicating special offers or promotions.
Rate: $35 hourly
Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, mobile phone, or tablet is necessary, along with dependable internet access. You’ll also need foundational proficiency in written English communication.
Skills/background needed: These positions are designed for those just starting out in live chat work, so comprehensive training is available at no cost, and prior experience in this field is not required.
