We’re seeking live chat support specialists to join our growing team and deliver exceptional customer service across a company’s website and social channels. Comprehensive training is included, and positions are ready to begin immediately.
What you will be doing: In this role, you’ll earn money by responding to live chat inquiries on a business’s website and social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer concerns, sharing product links, and presenting special offers.
Contract length: Flexible, no set end date
Rate: $25 – $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: Need access to a device that can run social media and website chat platforms (Smartphone/Tablet/Computer). Capacity to manage tasks without supervision. Willingness to adhere to detailed guidelines and procedures. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Stable internet connection required.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly
Location: Work from anywhere with internet (United States preferred).
