In this Customer Service Representative role, you’ll report to the Customer Service Manager and handle all incoming customer communications, serving as the primary contact for service inquiries, sales questions, billing matters, and other customer needs.
What you will be doing: In this live chat position, you’ll connect with the company’s chat platform to answer common customer questions. You’ll typically address inquiries about product pricing, return processes, promotional codes, and similar topics. Comprehensive onboarding is included with a training period of just one day or less.
Contract length: Flexible, no set end date
Rate: $30 per hour
Qualifications:
Strong written communication abilities.
Capacity to manage challenging interactions with customers and resolve conflicts effectively.
Outstanding focus on accuracy and capacity to juggle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using different software applications on your device.
Skills/background needed: Possess a gadget that can run chat platforms and social media (Smartphone/Tablet/Computer). Capable of self-directed work. Willingness to adhere to established guidelines and procedures. Available for at least 10+ hours each week. Dependable high-speed internet access.
Hours per week: Between 10 and 40 hours weekly
Location: Work remotely from anywhere online (Candidates from the United States are preferred).
