In this role, you’ll be providing support to various companies by responding to live chat inquiries on their websites and social media platforms. Since these positions are entirely online-based, you’ll have the flexibility to work from any location with an internet connection. Comprehensive training will be delivered to all new hires, and we welcome candidates who are ready to begin immediately.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support specialist, you will manage customer inquiries that come through live chat channels on business websites and social media. Your responsibilities will include answering questions from both existing clients seeking assistance and prospective customers interested in learning more about products or services.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing arrangement with no predetermined end date
Rate: $25 – $35 hourly compensation
Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for managing chat platforms and social media. Capacity to operate with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail when following guidelines and protocols. Minimum availability of 10+ hours weekly. Stable, high-speed internet access required.
Hours per week: Minimum 10 hours weekly
Location: Work from home or anywhere with internet access globally (United States applicants prioritized).
