You’ll have access to comprehensive documentation covering frequently asked questions and a supportive team lead available to assist with more complex issues.

Rate: $25 – $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone capable of accessing website chat platforms and social media.
Capability to manage tasks without constant supervision.
