Work remotely as an App Usability Consultant, delivering valuable feedback on mobile application experiences. No coding knowledge is required for this position—what matters is your ability to think like a user and communicate thoughtful, actionable observations. Your assessments will help development teams craft applications that are more user-friendly and engaging.
The position centers on installing and testing different mobile applications using your own device, examining their interface design, operational capabilities, and overall quality. Through thorough testing and written feedback, you’ll help identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and maintain high standards across applications.
Compensation:
- Rate: $35 hourly (Rates may fluctuate based on app complexity and the depth of analysis requested)
Responsibilities:
- Install and run mobile applications on your personal iOS or Android device.
- Assess application performance, interface design, functionality, and identify any technical issues or problems.
- Create detailed, clear reports outlining your findings and observations from the testing process.
Requirements:
- Access to a personal mobile device (iPhone, iPad, Android smartphone, or Android tablet) capable of downloading applications.
- Ability to manage your own workload and adhere to project specifications without constant oversight.
- Willingness to dedicate a minimum of 5 hours weekly to testing activities.
- Steady, dependable internet connectivity.
