We’re seeking Chat Specialists to address customer concerns, provide product recommendations, and help users navigate through various platform capabilities. Success in this position requires strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to build confidence with the people you assist.
Contract length: Flexible, with no set end date
Rate: $25 – $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: Access to a working device that supports website chat platforms and social media interfaces (Smartphone/Computer/Tablet). Capable of managing tasks autonomously. Comfort with adhering to detailed guidelines and protocols. Minimum 10+ weekly hours available. Stable broadband connection required.
Hours per week: Minimum 10 hours weekly.
Location: Work from anywhere globally via internet (US-based candidates preferred).
