This role involves no in-person interactions whatsoever. Communication happens entirely through digital chat channels like Facebook Messenger and similar platforms. You’ll be supporting companies by handling their live chat inquiries across their website and social media presence. Being fully remote means you have complete flexibility to work from your location of choice.
Your primary responsibility will be managing incoming live chat conversations on business platforms and social media. This encompasses responding to customer inquiries, sharing product information and purchase links, and communicating promotional offers.
Rate: $35 hourly
Requirements: A functioning computer, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with dependable high-speed internet. You’ll also need to possess at least fundamental written English proficiency.
Skills/background needed: These positions are designed for newcomers to live chat work, with comprehensive onboarding provided. No prior experience in paid chat support roles is necessary to succeed.
