We’re actively recruiting multiple Facebook Chat Assistants for immediate openings. This beginner-friendly position involves providing real-time customer support through a business’s Facebook Messenger platform. Complete training will be supplied to get you up to speed. All you need is 20 hours of weekly availability and equipment capable of running Facebook Messenger.
What you will be doing: In this role as a Facebook Live Chat Assistant, you’ll handle incoming customer inquiries via live chat on behalf of various businesses. Comprehensive training covers the position requirements and familiarizes you with frequently asked questions along with their standard responses. Each shift begins by logging into the designated business Facebook Messenger account and responding to customer messages throughout your scheduled time. Compensation is issued on a daily basis.
Contract length: Flexible with no set end date
Rate: $30 hourly
Skills/background needed: Access to a device that supports social media and live chat platforms (Smartphone/Tablet/Computer). Capacity to work self-sufficiently. Strong attention to detail when following established protocols and guidelines. Minimum 20 hours weekly availability. Stable internet connection required.
