We are seeking chat support representatives to serve as an initial contact point for customer inquiries, delivering excellent service and information to both internal and external customers/members by responding to chat messages and emails while gathering and clarifying necessary details from those reaching out.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing.
Rate: $30 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Need access to a device that supports social media and website chat platforms (Smartphone/Tablet/Computer). Capable of working self-sufficiently. Comfortable following detailed procedures and guidelines precisely. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability required. Stable, dependable internet access.
Hours per week: Between 10 and 40 hours weekly.
Location: Work from anywhere via internet (Based in the United States is preferred).
