We’re looking to expand our conversation support team due to increased interest from key clients. We already have a successful group handling these positions, and now we need additional team members to meet the rising volume of requests.
If you enjoy engaging with others through text-based communication in a warm and professional manner, this could be an ideal opportunity for you. Since this role is entirely location-independent, we encourage applications from anyone able to work remotely.
In this position, you’ll be responding to incoming chat messages for businesses through their websites or social channels. Your responsibilities will encompass addressing customer inquiries, sharing relevant product information, and notifying customers about available promotions.
Rate: $20 – $35 hourly
Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with dependable high-speed internet access. You should also possess foundational written English communication abilities.
Skills/background needed: We’re recruiting for entry-level positions in online conversation support, so comprehensive onboarding and coaching are included at no cost. Prior experience in similar roles is not required to apply.
