What you will be doing: As a chat support specialist, you’ll earn money by responding to incoming chat requests on company websites and social platforms. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, sharing relevant product information, and presenting promotional offers.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing arrangement
Rate: $25 – $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a device with capability to access websites and social media chat platforms (smartphone/tablet/computer). Capacity to operate autonomously. Proficiency in adhering to detailed guidelines and procedures. A minimum of 5+ hours weekly available. Stable broadband connection required.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly
Location: Work from anywhere with internet (United States preferred).
