Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training. You should be organized, comfortable writing clear text, and able to handle more than one task at a time. Basic use of Google Docs and Microsoft Word is helpful.
What you will do: Draft and refine proposal text, help prepare cost estimates, and work alongside team members and clients. You will coordinate with legal and finance contacts, keep proposal documents tidy and on schedule, and support several proposals at once in a supportive remote team environment.
Work format: Fully remote. Work from home or anywhere, with flexible hours and opportunities for growth.
