We are looking for a beginner-friendly Documentation Writer to join our fully remote team. In this work-from-home role, you will help create clear, easy-to-follow guides and reference materials for everyday users and technical readers. Full training is provided, so this is a great first step into a writing career.
You will draft and update user guides, onboarding materials, frequently asked questions, and release notes. You will also help prepare simple reference pages and process guides, all with support from experienced teammates. You will work from anywhere, using everyday tools like Google Docs and WordPress, and collaborate with others through a team chat app.
