We are looking for friendly, organised people to join our remote team as Automotive Service Writers. This is a beginner-friendly role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
You will work from home and help customers with their vehicle service needs. Day to day, you will greet customers, listen to their concerns, write up service orders, explain services clearly, and keep records updated using basic computer tools.
Skills/background needed:
No experience required. A friendly attitude, good communication, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn are all you need. Full training is provided, and there are opportunities for growth.
