About the role
We are seeking a Junior Technical Writer/Graphic Illustrator to join our remote team. In this entry-level role, you will help turn complex product information into clear, engaging documentation and visuals. Full training is provided, and no prior experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
• Create customer-facing technical documentation and user guides
• Work with product teams to understand products and customer needs
• Translate technical details into simple, clear instructions
• Help manage documentation schedules
• Review and improve existing materials
• Create basic graphics and animated visuals for product support and marketing
• Coordinate with external vendors on graphical elements
Requirements
• Willingness to learn technical writing and illustration
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects
• Good written and verbal communication
• Comfort using common office software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-haves
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe InDesign or Illustrator
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Visio
• Interest in 3D modeling or rendering software
