We are looking for a careful Proofreader and Copy Editor to review all types of written content and make sure it is clean, clear, and free of errors. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed.
You will work from home and manually read through documents of all sizes, from short product descriptions to long manuscripts. Your goal is to help every piece of writing read smoothly and connect with its intended audience.
Roles:
• Check for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors
• Fix poorly structured sentences
• Correct inconsistent tenses or formatting
• Improve awkward phrasing and word choice
• Support general clarity, readability, and sentence flow
Skills/background needed:
• No prior experience required; full training is provided
• A good eye for detail and a love of clear writing
• Comfort working independently from home
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Word or Google Docs is helpful
