We are looking for a beginner-friendly Writer to create clear, user-friendly reference materials, diagrams, and how-to guides for a software platform. You will work with developers and engineers to document complex features in a simple, accessible way.
Roles: Create reference materials, diagrams, and how-to articles; collaborate with technical teams to understand features; test features hands-on to ensure accuracy; follow documentation best practices.

Skills/background needed: No prior experience required; full training provided. Basic writing skills and willingness to learn. Familiarity with Google Docs or Microsoft Word is a plus.
