We are looking for a junior writer to join a content team creating helpful materials for customers and engineers. This is a beginner-friendly, fully remote role with full training provided, and no prior experience is necessary.
Roles: Research, plan, draft, and validate learning content and articles. Create and update release notes, help articles, and implementation guides. Check content for quality and accuracy, and work with team members to map the customer journey and deliver a complete content set.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible, with opportunities for growth.
Skills/background needed: No experience required. A willingness to learn, clear and concise writing, attention to detail, and comfort working independently. Full training is provided, and you will be supported throughout the onboarding process.
