About the role
As a Technical Writer, you will create clear, accurate, and user-focused documentation that helps people understand complex products and processes. Working with subject matter experts and team members, you will transform technical information into structured, easy-to-understand content while following documentation standards and best practices.
In this role, you can expect to:
• Develop and maintain user documentation, manuals, and procedural guides for technical products and processes
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content
• Create structured documentation using industry methodologies
• Produce documentation and ensure consistency across deliverables
• Review documentation, validate content, and work with stakeholders throughout the content lifecycle
• Collaborate with engineers, product specialists, and subject matter experts to gather and maintain technical information
• Follow established style guides, documentation standards, and quality requirements
• Support improvements to documentation quality, usability, and efficiency
Skills/background needed:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to understand technical information and explain it clearly to different audiences
• Attention to detail and strong writing fundamentals
• Willingness to learn industry-standard documentation tools and practices
• No prior technical writing experience required – full training provided
