About This Role
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, accurate documentation for complex equipment and systems. In this role, you’ll work with engineering and product teams to develop manuals, procedures, and visual guides that help users install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced systems with confidence. You’ll translate sophisticated technical information into documentation that is precise, accessible, and easy to follow. What You’ll Do
• Create, edit, and maintain product documentation including operating manuals, installation guides, maintenance instructions, and troubleshooting resources
• Work with engineers and technical teams to gather information and ensure your documentation is accurate and user-focused
• Break down complex equipment and process details into clear, well-structured guides for different audiences
• Develop visual content and illustrations to support your written procedures
• Update documentation when products change or improve
• Help introduce new products by delivering quality documentation on schedule
Skills/Background Needed
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Experience creating documentation for complex equipment, manufacturing, or technical products (or willingness to learn)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or similar tools
• Comfort learning specialized software like Adobe Creative Suite or content management systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work well with technical teams
• No prior experience required—full training will be provided
