About the role:
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and help create clear, user-friendly documentation. You’ll work on manuals, guides, procedures, and training materials that help users understand how to safely operate and maintain equipment and systems.
This is a fully remote position, and no prior technical writing experience is required—we provide full training and support as you develop your skills.
What you’ll do:
• Create, revise, and publish manuals, guides, procedures, and training materials
• Proofread and edit technical documents for clarity and accuracy
• Collect, research, and organize technical information from subject matter experts
• Work with engineers and technical staff to understand complex concepts and translate them into clear language
• Maintain version control and organization of technical documents
• Develop and update training materials related to equipment operation and safety
• Ensure all documentation follows style guides and industry standards
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to understand technical information and explain it clearly to different audiences
• Attention to detail and proofreading ability
• Comfortable using standard office software (Google Docs, Microsoft Word, etc.)
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• No prior technical writing experience necessary—we’ll train you
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
