About the role:
We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sportsbook Ticket Writer to join our team on a full-time basis. You’ll be the welcoming face of our sportsbook operation, helping customers feel comfortable and informed as they place their bets.
If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a genuine interest in sports betting, this role is for you. No prior experience is necessary — we’ll provide full training on all betting options and procedures.
What you’ll do:
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests, making them feel welcome and valued
• Learn about our full range of betting options and help customers understand their choices
• Answer customer questions and help them make informed, responsible betting decisions
• Process betting tickets and handle cash transactions accurately
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to your supervisor when needed
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation according to company standards
• Work collaboratively with team members in a supportive environment
• Adhere to all gaming regulations and company policies
Skills/background needed:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable writing for extended periods
• Able to lift, pull, or push up to 25 lbs
• Ability to bend, twist, and reach as needed
• Strong attention to detail
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• No experience necessary — full training provided
