Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Entry Representative and Copywriter to join our team. This is a paid position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to marketing strategies while ensuring smooth sales order processing. You will work on content creation, digital marketing, and customer service through accurate order entry. No prior experience is necessary—full training will be provided.
Duties
Develop engaging content for social media marketing campaigns, website updates, press releases, case studies, and promotional materials
Edit and proofread marketing copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all channels
Conduct research on industry trends and keywords to inform content strategy
Manage content creation and editing for various digital platforms using standard content management systems
Write clear, compelling copy that supports marketing initiatives
Accurately process sales orders by entering customer information, product details, and order specifications into the order management system
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any issues
Skills/background needed
Strong writing skills in English with attention to detail and proofreading ability
Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation basics
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Research skills to gather relevant information and support content development
Experience with content management systems is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with standard design and content creation tools is helpful
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
