We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused person to join our team as a Sports Betting Ticket Writer. This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll be the welcoming face of our operation, helping customers with their betting needs in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
Reporting to your direct supervisor, you will:
• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, making them feel welcome and valued
• Learn about our betting options and help customers understand their choices
• Answer customer questions and provide guidance to help them make informed decisions
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately
• Work collaboratively with your team and leadership
• Follow all company policies and regulatory standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/background needed:
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 25 lbs
• Ability to write for extended periods
• Comfortable twisting, bending, and reaching as part of daily tasks
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• No prior experience required — training provided
