Overview:
We are seeking an Entry-Level Technical Writer to join our team. You will create clear, comprehensive documentation for complex technical systems, translating specialized information into user-friendly guides and materials. This is a fully remote position ideal for recent graduates or those starting their writing career.

Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and proofread technical documentation and materials while meeting deadlines• Learn industry standards and best practices for technical communication• Work on documentation for complex systems and infrastructure projects• Collaborate with subject matter experts to research and understand technical details• Create visual aids, diagrams, and tables to enhance clarity and impact• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards• Develop solutions to communicate challenging technical concepts effectively
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree (any field)• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and write about complex topics• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people• Proficiency with word processing and document creation tools (Microsoft Word, Google Docs)• Desired: background or interest in technical fields, previous writing experience (student publications, blogs, research projects)
