In this role, you will work on a variety of writing projects, including scientific articles, abstracts, case reports, and digital content. You’ll translate technical data into accessible summaries and help communicate important information across multiple formats—from journal submissions to social media content.
What you will do:
Write, edit, and format scientific documents including journal articles, abstracts, case reports, and clinical study reports
Adapt scientific content into short-form digital media and web content
Translate statistical findings and technical data into clear, accurate summaries
Create posters and presentations for scientific meetings
Serve as a key contact for writing-related project questions
Ensure all work meets applicable regulations, standards, and quality guidelines
Coordinate manuscript submissions and follow-up communications
Support additional projects and tasks as needed
Who you are:
Native English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
Able to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
Comfortable writing engaging, short-form content for digital platforms
Familiar with document formatting and regulatory requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Word with strong formatting skills
Experience you will bring:
4+ years of professional medical or technical writing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science, Statistics, Technical Writing, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word
