About the Role:
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and help create clear, accurate documentation that supports our operations. You’ll work with subject matter experts to develop policies, procedures, training guides, and reference materials that help teams across the organization understand processes and work effectively.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to develop technical writing skills in a supportive, structured environment. Full training will be provided, and you’ll work closely with experienced team members who are invested in your growth.
What You’ll Do:
• Write and edit documentation including policies, procedures, training guides, job aids, and reference materials• Collaborate with team leaders and subject matter experts to understand content needs and project objectives• Create and revise workflow diagrams and process documentation• Deliver content that is clear, accurate, and tailored to the right audience• Participate in planning sessions to develop documentation strategies• Review and update existing documentation to keep it current and consistent• Work effectively with colleagues at all levels and support a collaborative, solution-focused culture• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a results-driven environment
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree (any field welcome; English, Communications, or Organizational Development a plus)• Strong writing, grammar, and spelling skills• Ability to create clear, engaging content for different audiences• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – training provided if needed• Comfort with data analysis and presenting information visually• Strong communication and listening skills• Ability to work collaboratively and manage feedback• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail• No prior technical writing experience required – we’ll train you
