About the role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Copywriter to create engaging, on-brand copy across all our marketing channels. You’ll write, edit, and proof content for email campaigns, websites, social media, print materials, and seasonal campaigns. This is a fully remote position where you’ll work closely with our Creative and Marketing teams to bring campaigns to life, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you’ll do:
• Write and edit on-brand copy for all marketing assets, including email, websites, social media, print materials, and seasonal campaigns
• Proof and edit your own work to ensure accuracy, consistency with brand guidelines, and error-free copy before handoff to design and production
• Maintain and adapt our brand voice and tone across all channels—print, digital, and social—while keeping everything on-brand
• Work directly in design software alongside Creative and Design teams to write, review, and refine copy within layouts and templates
• Manage copy requests, drafts, revisions, and approvals using project management tools, keeping timelines visible to the team
• Partner with Design, Social, and Marketing teams to ensure your copy supports the broader creative concept and campaign goals
• Meet deadlines across multiple concurrent projects, flagging any timeline concerns early
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to self-edit and proofread
• Ability to adapt your writing style for different formats—email, web, social media, print—while keeping a consistent brand voice
• Familiarity with design software (such as UI design tools) and project management tools, or willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines in a creative environment
• Experience writing for marketing, lifestyle, or creative industries is helpful but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but relevant writing experience can substitute
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
