Are you passionate about shaping meaningful content and helping stories reach readers worldwide? We’re looking for a Spanish Language Content Editor to join our publishing team on a fully remote basis.
This role offers the chance to work with authors, refine manuscripts, and ensure every project meets the highest standards of clarity and quality. You’ll partner with writers, manage editorial projects from start to finish, and contribute to content that resonates with readers globally. No prior publishing experience is required—we provide full training and support as you grow into the role.
What You’ll Do
Edit and develop Spanish-language manuscripts, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout
Provide constructive feedback to authors during the writing and editing process
Review manuscript submissions and contribute to editorial planning decisions
Collaborate with copyeditors, freelancers, and team members to bring projects to completion
Manage editorial materials including style guides and supplemental content
Keep projects on schedule and communicate proactively about timelines
Attend editorial team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
Support other team members as you develop expertise in the role
Skills and Background Needed
Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Strong understanding of grammar and writing style
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Comfort with word processing software and basic editorial tools
A keen eye for detail and a passion for clear, compelling writing
Prior experience in editing or publishing is a plus, but not required—we welcome candidates eager to learn
