We’re looking for an entry-level Field Service Welder to join our growing manufacturing and maintenance team. You’ll work on heavy industrial equipment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, traveling across the country to support customers with on-site repairs and maintenance.
Primary Duties:
Your role will include heavy industrial maintenance and welding work, equipment repairs, hot work repair tasks such as cutting and reshaping, testing and documentation, customer service support, and equipment troubleshooting. You’ll work as part of a small team in a hands-on, practical environment.
Work Environment:
This is a travel-intensive position (approximately 75% travel) across the United States, primarily in the Midwest and Southeast regions. You’ll work a flexible schedule including weekends, typically Thursday through Monday. Full safety training will be provided, including confined space, rigging, and lockout procedures. You may be required to obtain a commercial driver’s license as part of the role.
Skills/background needed:
You should have basic welding experience (MIG or flux core welding preferred) or be eager to gain welding certification on the job. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is helpful. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential. No prior code welding certification is required—we’ll help you work toward certification as part of your development.
