We are seeking Technical Writers to join our team in a fast-growing role supporting aerospace documentation and technical publications. This is an excellent opportunity to transition from hands-on experience into a professional writing environment while staying relevant in the aerospace industry.
Roles: As a Technical Writer, you will assist in the design, development, and revision of technical documentation. You will write, design, and document to specification guidelines, edit supporting content, and review materials for quality and technical accuracy. You will participate in all phases of project execution and work collaboratively with team members to deliver complex technical information in clear, accessible formats.
What you’ll do:
• Write and design technical documentation to meet industry standards
• Edit scripts, storyboards, and supporting graphic content
• Review drafts and final documents for quality, accuracy, and clarity
• Work through all project phases including analysis, design, and development
• Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines and milestones are met
• Interpret technical information such as blueprints and schematics and translate it into clear documentation
Skills/background needed: We welcome candidates with experience in technical writing, aerospace, or military documentation. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is helpful but not required—full training will be provided. Above all, we’re looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing.
Location: On-site positions available in Oklahoma City, OK.
