About This Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our growing digital communications team. In this entry-level remote position, you’ll develop and manage social media content strategies, work with internal teams to create engaging posts, and help build our brand presence across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content aligned with organizational goals
• Monitor industry news and social media channels to identify relevant content opportunities
• Write clear, compelling copy for social media posts across multiple platforms
• Work with internal teams to understand their goals and develop content strategies
• Track channel performance and report on monthly trends and engagement metrics
• Collaborate with team members globally to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging
• Learn and apply social media best practices and new platform features
What You’ll Bring
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing
• Ability to work with teams to understand objectives and develop content ideas
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and personable approach to work
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter
Nice to Have
• Experience creating visual content or working with design tools such as Canva
• Experience with social media scheduling or reporting tools
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
