Social Media Coordinator – On-Site, Entry Level

About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our LinkedIn presence across multiple regional markets. You’ll plan, write, and schedule content that brings our products to life for a global business audience. This is a hands-on role perfect for a strong writer who enjoys both creating content and engaging directly with customers during facility visits. You’ll be the face of the company, explaining our technology and manufacturing process in clear, accessible ways.

Content is produced in English. Fluency in additional languages is not required.

What You’ll Do

Plan, write, and schedule posts across regional LinkedIn pages covering multiple markets. Adapt content for each audience while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, industry events, and marketing campaigns.

Develop posts combining company news, product information, customer stories, and industry topics for a professional business audience.

Track engagement, reach, and follower growth across regional pages. Report on results and adjust your approach based on what performs well.

Work with regional sales and marketing contacts to source local news and ensure content fits each market.

Lead facility tours for visiting customers and prospects, explaining our technology and manufacturing process.

Capture photo and video content during tours, customer visits, events, and on the production floor for use across social and web channels.

Write and update website copy as assigned, including product pages, news posts, and landing pages.

Apply brand voice and visual standards consistently across all content.

Skills/background needed

Experience managing business social media accounts, with LinkedIn experience preferred.

Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adjust tone and messaging for different audiences.

Comfort presenting to customers and visitors in person, with the ability to explain technical products in plain language.

Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.

Basic photo and video skills, including capture and light editing.

Preferred experience

Background in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or another technical business industry.

Experience with marketing platforms and digital asset management systems.

Experience producing short-form video for social media.

Exposure to working with international or multi-region marketing teams.

Location

On-site position. You’ll work primarily in an office environment. Occasional travel between local facilities may be required.
