About This Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Manager to help build and grow our online community across multiple platforms. You’ll be at the heart of our social media strategy, creating engaging content, connecting with our audience, and helping drive our brand forward in the gaming and entertainment space.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop and execute social media strategies across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter that align with our brand and goals
• Plan and schedule content using our content calendar system, ensuring posts and campaigns go live on time
• Write engaging captions, copy, and content that speaks to our audience and reflects our brand voice
• Work with designers and team members to create visually appealing, on-brand content
• Manage our online community by responding to comments, engaging with followers, and building meaningful connections
• Monitor social media performance, analyse metrics, and suggest improvements to help us grow
• Support live events with real-time social coverage and behind-the-scenes content
• Stay up-to-date with platform trends and best practices
Skills/Background Needed
• Experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or entertainment company (or similar background)
• Strong knowledge of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to maintain consistent brand voice across multiple platforms
• Good organisational and attention-to-detail skills
• Experience engaging with online communities
• Passion for gaming, esports, music, and entertainment culture
• Comfortable with flexible hours, including occasional weekend work for special events
