About the role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Social Media Coordinator to help develop and manage social media content across multiple platforms. You’ll work with a supportive team to create engaging posts, build brand awareness, and connect with online audiences. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone starting their career in social media and digital marketing.
What you’ll do:
• Create and schedule social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Develop social media strategies to increase engagement and grow online communities
• Use design tools like Canva to create eye-catching graphics and visuals
• Capture and edit photos and videos for social media campaigns
• Maintain an organized content calendar for all social media activities
• Monitor social media channels and respond to audience comments and messages
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice
• Track the performance of posts and campaigns to understand what resonates with audiences
• Proofread all content for accuracy and quality before posting
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
• Genuine interest in social media and digital marketing
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and how they work
• Basic graphic design skills or willingness to learn design tools like Canva
• Experience with or enthusiasm for photography and video creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
