About This Role
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic content creator to join our marketing team. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging social media content, managing our online presence, and telling compelling stories through writing, photography, and video. Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Produce photography and videos that showcase events, activities, and community highlights
• Write social media posts, news updates, blogs, and articles in clear, engaging language
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing goals
• Monitor social media analytics and use insights to improve content performance
• Organize and maintain a library of photos, videos, and other media files
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices
• Work with the wider team to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging
• Support community engagement initiatives through compelling storytelling
Skills/Background Needed
• Experience or strong interest in social media management and content creation
• Comfortable writing for different platforms and audiences
• Basic photography and/or video skills (or willingness to learn)
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• A genuine interest in staying updated on social media trends
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with photo or video editing software
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
• Graphic design skills
• Portfolio of previous content work
