About the Role
This is a full-time, 12-month position. You’ll plan, create, and deliver engaging social media campaigns and multimedia content that connects with audiences and supports marketing goals. Working closely with a marketing team, you’ll manage social media channels, produce video content, design graphics, and help build a strong online presence across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do
Social Media: Design, create, and post content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Build and maintain a content calendar, monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and track performance using analytics. You’ll develop a consistent brand voice and help other team members understand social media best practices.
Video Production: Create engaging video content for social media and general communications, including promotional videos, announcements, and storytelling pieces. You’ll handle the full production process—from planning and filming to editing and posting—using tools like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut. We encourage fresh, creative approaches using the latest video trends.
Graphic Design: Create digital and print graphics including social media posts, flyers, infographics, email headers, banners, and other promotional materials using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. All designs will align with brand guidelines and organizational style.
Web & Digital Content: Update website content, publish blog posts and news stories, manage media uploads, and assist with email campaigns and digital marketing coordination as needed.
Additional Responsibilities: Some evening and weekend availability may be needed. You’ll stay engaged with the community and contribute to authentic storytelling about events, achievements, and organizational culture.
