About This Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our social presence as we launch and expand. This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop creative campaigns, manage daily posting and community engagement, and help build our audience across multiple platforms.
You’ll work directly with our creative and production teams to bring ideas to life, repurpose content, and drive real conversation with our community. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our workplace.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to build awareness and engagement
• Manage our social channels end-to-end, focusing on driving conversation and growing our audience
• Collaborate with our creative and video teams to adapt content across platforms
• Generate new content ideas and work with in-house resources to create them
• Handle daily social posting, monitor community engagement, and track performance
• Build relationships with influencers and creators in our space
Skills/Background Needed
• Experience managing social media for a consumer-focused brand or startup (or equivalent portfolio work)
• Strong knowledge of X (Twitter), TikTok, and Instagram
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and grow an audience
• Comfortable managing multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously
• A creative mindset with willingness to experiment and learn
• No prior experience required — we provide full training and support
